Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By using SiMarketingSecrets.com, including SI at Home Mobile (English) and SI en Casa Mobile (Spanish, at /casa), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

The site is operated by Coach Mario Menendez, doing business as C.O.T.A. Xpress (cotaxpress.com). In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Mario Menendez, doing business as C.O.T.A. Xpress. "You" means the person using the site.

"SI" means Super Intelligence, the term we use for what was formerly called AI.

What we offer

• Free question guides you can download:

  • Guide D: Questions if you are behind on payments or in pre-foreclosure
• A free document evaluation for education only. You upload your documents and we talk by phone. Appointments can be booked through CalendarBug, 7 days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Pacific Time.
• A 24/7 SI chatbot, which is an automated assistant, not a person.
• Future paid products, such as a course and a personal SI agent. These are not available yet.

Education only

Everything on this site is for general education only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice.

Mario Menendez holds no license. He is not a lawyer, real estate agent, broker, financial advisor, tax advisor, or housing counselor. C.O.T.A. Xpress is not a law firm, lender, loan servicer, housing counselor, or government agency, and is not affiliated with any lender or government agency.

No professional relationship

Using this site, reading our guides, using the chatbot, or having a free evaluation does not create an attorney-client, agent-client, advisor-client, or any other professional relationship.

Your decisions are yours

You are responsible for your own decisions. Before you act, talk with the right licensed professional, such as a licensed California attorney, a licensed real estate professional, or a tax professional. For free help with housing questions, you can call a HUD-approved housing counselor at 800-569-4287. You can also contact a local legal aid organization.

Nothing we provide stops or delays a foreclosure. We do not guarantee any result.

SI tools can be wrong

Our SI tools, including the chatbot, can make mistakes, leave out important details, or give out-of-date information. Always check important information with a licensed professional.

Chatbot limits

• The chatbot is an automated SI assistant. It is not a person.
• It cannot give legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice.
• It may not understand your situation correctly.
• Do not share your Social Security number, loan or account numbers, or passwords in the chat.
• Chat conversations are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Free document evaluation

• The evaluation is free and for education only.
• You have no obligation to buy anything or to work with us.
• We may help you understand your documents and think of questions to ask a licensed professional. We do not give legal opinions or tell you what to do.
• Please cover (black out) Social Security numbers and account numbers before uploading.
• Uploaded documents are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Future paid products

Any paid course, personal SI agent, or other paid product will have its own terms, which you will see before you buy. Those terms will apply to that product along with these terms.

Our guides and content

Our guides, text, videos, graphics, and other content belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may download and print our guides for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, copy for others, republish, or change our content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• Break any law or use the site for fraud.
• Give false information or pretend to be someone else.
• Upload documents or information that you do not have the right to share.
• Upload viruses or harmful code, or try to break into or disrupt the site.
• Use bots or scrapers to copy the site or the chatbot.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse us or anyone else.

We may limit or stop your access to the site if you break these rules.

Other websites and services

The site may link to other websites or use outside services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of property, money, or data, that comes from your use of the site, our guides, the chatbot, or the free evaluation. Because our services are free, our total liability to you for any claim will not be more than $100.

Some laws do not allow these limits. In that case, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
