This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect on SiMarketingSecrets.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to SI at Home Mobile (English) and SI en Casa Mobile (Spanish, at SiMarketingSecrets.com/casa).

Who we are

The site is operated by Coach Mario Menendez, doing business as C.O.T.A. Xpress (cotaxpress.com). In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Mario Menendez, doing business as C.O.T.A. Xpress.

"SI" means Super Intelligence. It is the term we use for what was formerly called AI (artificial intelligence).

Information we collect

We collect information you give us and some basic information from your browser.

• Guide requests. When you ask for one of our free question guides, we collect your name, email address, and which guide you chose.
• Booking a free evaluation. When you book a free education-only document evaluation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the booking questions.
• Documents you upload. If you upload documents for your evaluation, we receive those documents and the information in them.
• Chatbot conversations. When you use our 24/7 SI chatbot, we collect what you type. You may also choose to give your name and email.
• Contact and follow-up records. We keep a record of our contacts with you, such as which guide you requested, your bookings, and notes from your evaluation.
• Basic site information. Like most websites, our site uses basic cookies and may collect technical information such as your browser type, device, and pages visited.

Please do not share sensitive numbers

Please do not enter your Social Security number, loan numbers, bank or account numbers, or passwords in our forms or in the chatbot. If a document you upload shows these numbers, you may cover (black out) them before uploading.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Send you the guide you asked for and related educational emails.
• Schedule, confirm, and hold your free evaluation by phone.
• Review the documents you upload for your education-only evaluation.
• Answer your questions through the chatbot.
• Keep track of our contacts with you.
• Run, protect, and improve the site.
• Follow the law.

Service providers we use

We use outside companies to run the site and our services. They handle your information for us.

• ScalePlus platform tools: PageBuilder (website pages), MailBaser (email lists and emails), CalendarBug (booking), ChatBaser (chatbot), and PipeLeads (contact records).
• Google: For example, CalendarBug bookings sync with Google Calendar, and we use Google email.
• SI model providers: Chatbot conversations may be processed by third-party SI (AI) model providers so the chatbot can create its answers.

About our SI chatbot

Our chatbot is an automated SI assistant. It is not a person, and it is not a lawyer, real estate agent, or financial advisor. Its answers can be wrong. Do not share private or sensitive information in the chat.

Documents you upload

We use uploaded documents only for your education-only evaluation. We delete uploaded documents within [X] days after your evaluation is complete. You may ask us to delete them sooner.

Cookies and Do Not Track

Our site uses basic cookies so the pages and forms work properly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work.

Do Not Track: Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

If we add advertising or analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy.

Emails

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time. You may still receive messages about a booking you made.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (ads based on your activity across other websites).

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
• Delete personal information we have about you.
• Correct personal information that is wrong.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it, as explained above.
• Non-discrimination. We will not treat you differently or deny you our services because you used your privacy rights.

This site is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Keeping information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
